Mr. Faisal has been serving as a lecturer for faculty of Business & Commerce at Gift University since 2018. He has previously taught to MBA students at Institute of business and management, University of engineering and technology, Lahore. 

Mr. Faisal holds an MBA from La Trobe University, Australia and has almost ten years of professional industry experience. Before his return to Pakistan in 2018, he was serving as a commercial & industrial analyst for Red Energy, a semi-Australian government organization.  

As director of the Center for Emerging Technologies (CET), Mr. Faisal is dedicated to surpassing traditional teaching methods by offering students hands-on practical experiences that enhance their technological and entrepreneurial skill sets. Under his leadership, CET is fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration, where students engage with academia as well as industry leading experts. This dynamic approach not only prepares students with the necessary skills but also inspires them to innovate and create impactful solutions in the rapidly advancing fields of emerging technologies and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Muhammad Umar, an MPhil graduate, has been a dedicated lecturer at Gift University’s Faculty of Business & Commerce since 2019. With over 12 years of diverse experience in both industry and academia, he has held senior managerial roles and contributed to developing customized ERP systems. Alongside passionate teaching, Mr. Umar is also involved in corporate consultancy, recently was serving in developing Citi Housing’s Loyalty Program Management.

Mr. Umar’s interests in digital literacy, UI/UX designing, digital marketing, and emerging technologies that drive his practical teaching approach, equipping students with essential skills. Currently, he is a key member of the Center for Emerging Technologies (CET) at Gift University Gujranwala, fostering innovation and excellence.
